Mr Rod Phillips

Non-Executive Chairman – Appointed June 2015

Rod is currently a director of Directional Systems Australia, an outdoor advertising company that holds various long term licence agreements with numerous local goverments in Western Austrlia. He was Managing Director of Perth Sign for 26 years and has arranged numerous agreements with owners of buildings on the Perth skyline for display of high voltage neon signs. He has been instrumental in negotiating successful policy agreements with the Western Australian state government, main roads and advertising industry.

Mr Peter Avery

Non-Executive Director – Appointed April 2014

Peter has over 25 years professional experience within the stockbroking industry. During the previous 10 years, Peter has been a senior private client advisor at Perth broking firm, DJ Carmichael (DJC). Prior to joining DJC, Peter has developed specialist skills as an equity advisor at Todd Partners managing client portfolios. Peter's industry experience includes extensive capital raisings within the resource and mining sectors. He is a large shareholder of Enerji Limited.

Mr John Dekker

Non-Executive Director – Appointed June 2015

John is a professional investor with considerable experience in energy, resource and infrastructure investments. He is a member of the Housing Association and a director of a building company in Albany involved in property development. John is currently on the board of Shalom Inc, a company focused on community initiatives to provide help and support to the homeless.


Mr Andrew Vlahov

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew has a degree in Economics from Stanford University, has a strong sales background and is highly motivated with a reputation for innovation and lateral thinking.  Andrew was CEO and owner of the Perth Wildcats from 1999 to 2006, and Managing Director from 2006 to 2009. Andrew has been working with Australian companies and their commercial relationships with Asia, in particular China, Singapore and Indonesia.

Mr Stephen Jones

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant, has an MBA (University of Western Australia) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has significant experience in senior financial and CFO roles including with ASX listed companies. Mr Jones brings to Enerji his key strengths in treasury and funding, government initiatives (LEED and R&D), financial management, operations and contractor management, corporate services, and power and energy sector experience.
